We send orders to all national and international addresses, via the carrier CTT – Correios de Portugal.

2. Shipping Deadlines

• Orders are processed and shipped after payment confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time varies depending on destination:

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 working days

  • European Union: 5 to 10 working days

  • International: up to 20 business days (may vary depending on the country and customs)

3. Shipping Costs

• All shipping costs are borne by the customer, regardless of destination.

• The exact shipping cost will be calculated at the time of purchase, based on the weight and destination of the order.

4. Tracking Code

• After the order is shipped, the customer will be sent a tracking code (tracking number) by email, allowing them to monitor the delivery status.

5. Incorrect Addresses or No Delivery

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct and complete.

• If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive it, it will be possible to resend it, but only after payment of new shipping costs.
