Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on our website.

 

No exchanges are made.

1. Physical Products (Books and Plush Toys)

Returns

The customer has the right to return physical products within 15 days of receiving the order.

To return the item, it must be sent to:

Indicating:

* Full name
* Order number
* IBAN for refund
* Reason for return (optional)

Conditions
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Only items that can be resold will be accepted for returns.

The item must be in its original packaging.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.


The refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
The amount will be transferred to the IBAN indicated by email.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed.


2. Digital Products (Audiobooks and Musical Materials)

Digital products are delivered by email with an immediate download link.
After sending the email with access to the file, it is not possible to make returns or refunds, in accordance with the legislation applicable to the supply of digital content.

3. Cancellations

Physical Products

Cancellation of orders for physical products is permitted up to 24 hours after purchase.
After this period, the order will be considered final and will be processed.

Digital Products

Cancellations of digital products are not permitted, as delivery of content is automatic and immediate after payment confirmation.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us by email.

Costs

All shipping costs, both for purchase and return, are borne by the customer.


Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It should be sent to the mentioned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are not refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
